Please take the appropriate measures to keep safe:

• secure lose outdoor objects around your property, like trampolines, guttering, pipes, roof tiles and fences.
• Safely check if friends or neighbours need any help.
• If you have to travel, give yourself extra time…take a winter car kit…a warm jacket, boots and a blanket.
• Expect longer journey times and cancellations, as road, rail, air and ferry services may be affected
• Take care by the coast as there may be large waves and spray.
• Where possible, park away from trees and walls.
• Keep a supply of essential food and bottled water for your family and pets.
